The Hazard Library’s external display space is to be used for posting notices of library business or activities and public service items of educational, cultural, or civic purposes by community members. The Library reserves the right to refuse any request for display and remove materials inconsistent with the intent outlined above.

The Library’s internal display space is extremely limited and must conform to the Materials Selection Policy.

The Library does not necessarily advocate or endorse the viewpoints of individuals or organizations posting notices on the Library display space.
