Summer Programs

We will offer all in-person programs this summer for 6 weeks 

July 8th – August 14th.   

*Please note our change in days and times for some of your favorite summertime favorites!*

Tuesdays at 10am – Family Story Time on the library lawn
July 8th through August 12th

Join Miss Lisa for stories, songs, games, and crafts.  All members of the family are welcome!
Bring a blanket or something to sit on!

Tuesdays at 5:30 PM – Ukulele Camp on the library lawn

 July 8th through August 12th with

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we unfortunately will not be able to offer our last 2 sessions of Ukulele Camp on Tues 8/5 or Tues 8/12 and will also no longer be holding our Ukulele Camp concert on 8/12.

We are, however, continuing to support the King Ferry Food Pantry this summer.  At their request we are collecting macaroni and cheese at Hazard Library.  Please help to support your neighbors and community through donations to the Food Pantry.

Learn how to play the Ukulele from Jim Van Arsdale and friends at Perform4Purpose.  Free and open to all ages.

No previous experience is needed. 
Ukuleles will be provided for those who need them.

Thursdays at 10am – Science on the Lawn with interactive science and art fun!

  • Aug 14 — Exploring Process Art with Miss Lisa
